How can I get Premium for free as an educator?
As part of our commitment to education, Premium is free for verified educators. Simply sign up using your organization email and select 'Educator' during registration. While we may occasionally request verification, the process is straightforward.
How can I make the most of EduGears AI as an educator?
EduGears AI offers powerful AI-driven tools designed specifically for educators. You can create custom topics, generate questions using AI, and seamlessly migrate existing content. Pricing & Billing
Can I cancel any time?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you'll continue to have access to all premium features until the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not auto-renew, and you won't be charged again.
How do I manage my subscription and billing details?
Managing your subscription is simple. Go to your Profile page and click 'Manage Subscription' where you can view or change your plan, update payment methods, download invoices, or cancel your subscription. All changes are confirmed via email.
What if I need additional storage space?
Most users find our standard allocations more than sufficient. Additional storage is available as an add-on. If you require additional resources, simply reach out to support@edugears.ai and we'll help find the right solution for your needs.
Groups & Enterprise
How do group members activate their subscriptions?
Each member in a Group Order needs to create their own free account. Upon purchase, we send the purchaser an email containing the licenses and activation information. Group members can effortlessly use these licenses to start their subscriptions.
Who should I purchase a group order for?
It depends on your institution's needs. If students access content created by teachers, they will require a license or premium subscription. We recommend purchasing licenses for students, as these are available at discounted prices compared to individual premium subscriptions.
